China United Rubber (Group)
Corporation (short as CURC), the parent
company of China Rubber Group (CRG),
was incorporated in 1993 from the former
rubber department of the Ministry of
Chemical Industry and 83 large/medium-sized
manufacturers of rubber, raw materials,
rubber machine and R&D institutes.
It is a S&D oriented group-corporation
that is mainly involved in R&D and
industrialization, production of high-tech
products and materials for national
defense strategy as well.
CURC has 5 large-size specialized rubber
R&D institutes, one latex factory
mainly producing condoms and medical
gloves and many share-controlling/holding
companies, with a total capital of one
billion.
The main business of CURC includes:
the R&D, production, distribution,
engineering design, product inspection
and certification of new-tech rubber
products, such as meridian tyres, aviation
tyres, parts of aviation and automobiles,
conveyer belts, hoses, condoms, shoes,
weather balloons, carbon black, and
others specifically for medical and
medicine use. We are also engaged in
domestic and overseas exhibition, consultation
and technique training.
