Tire Whole Plant and Technology |
|
| The
technology was listed as Science and Technology
Key Tackle Projects for Ninth Five-year-period,
and had passed the assessment of authorized
government bodies. The technology includes
all-steel truck radial tires series, high-speed,
low-section, low rolling resistance car radial
tires series and light-truck radial tires
series. Among them, the car radial tires series
and light-truck radial tires series have been
put into industrialized production in Shandong
Chengshan Rubber Group Company, Sichuan Rubber
Factory, Yinchuan Rubber Factory and Guizhou
Tire Co. Ltd, etc.. All Steel radial truck
tire production technology was transferred
to Yinchuan Great Wall Tire Co. Ltd and Qingdao
Huaqing Tire Co. Ltd. |

| Technology
of new-technology carbon black with more than ten
thousand Mts capacity per year |
|
| The
technology has the characteristics of large
production scale and modern control level,
and can be used for different production scale,
raw and fuel materials, automatic control
level and production facility with different
investment. Currently the key popularization
technology is for production facility with
capacity of 15,000-30,000 Mts/year, DCS control,
investment in RMB20-50 million, ASTM standard
as product quality standard. In the past few
years, the technology has been adopted in
2 to 3 factories every year. Equipment and
technology for 15,000 Mts/year of hard new-technology
carbon black has been exported to Yugoslavia. |

Prize for Science & Technology Progress
of Ministry of Chemical Industry, and has
been listed by National Ministry of Science
& Technology as the "National Key
Popularization Plan Projects of Science and
Technology" in ten years since 1990.
This system transmits the carbon black and
powder material in a closed mode with high
efficiency, long distance and no pollution.
The system adopts the advanced bus line mode,
PLC + computer double level control, strong
anti-interference ability, reliable and safe
operation, and has the functions of optimized
mixing, system accident analysis and warning
and multi-frame picture dynamic control. |

| High
pressure and ultra-high pressure resin hoses and
the coupling |
|
The
product has the characteristics of light weight,
high strength for pressure resistance, anti-flame,
long using life and simple technology, especially
the inevitable advantages for small diameter
hose. Currently the widely used products include
mechanical high pressure resin hose and coupling,
and stainless steel wire reinforced polytetra-fluroethylene
resin high pressure acetylene hose and coupling.

| Butyl
rubber medicine bottle stopples |
|
The
product is a new packaging material for medicine
bottle, has the characteristics of low moisture
absorption, good chemical stability, good
air-tightness and no bio poisonous and side
effect, especially good for seal of medicine
bottles. There has been built a production
line for this product with 500 million pieces,
and obtained ISO9001 quality system certificate.
Currently, this product has been supplied
to large size domestic medicine factories,
such as Harbin Pharmaceutical Company, Northeast
Pharmaceutical Company, Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical
Company, Lukang Pharmaceutical Company and
Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Company.

| Latex
rubber product series |
|
This
series of products include more than 40 items,
such as latex gloves, condoms, blood transfusion
tube, latex foam, meterologic balloon, etc..
Among which, the "Tulip Brand" rubber
surgical gloves is famous brand product, and
won the only National Silver Prize of the
whole industry in China. The gloves have characteristics
of reasonable shape design, soft and sensitive,
good elasticity and high tensile strength.
The "Tulip Brand" gloves have achieved
a good position in the market competition
with a market share of 20% in domestic market,
and also been exported to other countries
like Germany, France, Sweden and Italy. The
"Tulip Brand" and "Twin Lotus"
brand condoms, which are effective for birth
control, STDs prevention and improvement of
living standard, take a market share of 30%
in domestic market and have some export.

| Aircraft
tire series |
|
| The
product is listed as National Key Torch Plan
Project, fills up many technical blanks in
China. The civil aircraft tire had reached
the advanced level in the world, and obtained
the TSOA issued by CAAC and FAA. There have
been more than 30 types of tires researched
and produced for military aircraft. |

Design Institute. The institutes have
various research specialties and R &
D scope covers all the aspects in rubber
industry, which is a technological renovation
force with high technical level. Meanwhile,
the group company has 5 national center
as well as industrial center for product
research, engineering design, information,
etc., which include National Carbon
Black Quality Supervision and Inspection
Center, National Rubber Sealing Products
Quality Supervision and Inspection Center,
National Rubber Tire Quality Supervision
and Inspection Center, National Rubber
Latex Products Quality Supervision and
Inspection Center and National Special
Tire Quality Supervision Center. The
centers are responsible for national
product quality certification and inspection
work for the relative products. |
